  The Postal headquarters sells latest publication of stamps and first day covers at their Philatelic bureau stall located in the 2nd floor. If you are interested in buying Sri Lankan stamps and First day covers, this is the best place for you.

  Same as the custom when you go to clear parcels items are missing and sometimes entire parcel is missing, they don't even care abt it

  Postal HQ building. Any one who willing to buy stamps there is a separate division called Philatelic Bureau. Nice place visit and buy stamps for stamp collectors.

  this is the head office of the srilankan postal department. ive visited this place quite a lot to clear some of my Parcels from normal post and EMS. they are quite helpful but lunch time is lunchtime :)
