The food is good. And the prices are very reasonable. One standard portion is enough for 03 people. Sea view is quite enthusiastic. Can reserve the seats and host small events as well.
But if you go in a peak hour it's bit hard to find a seat. And the waiters will be bit busy.
But they try their best to catch up and take orders.
Quite nice place. Reasonable prices.

Casual place. You can enjoy the sunset in the evening. You can have your meal in the beach well as they have some seatings in the beach.
They serve beer and alcohol as well. Priced averagely. Service was good.

We were at Steam Boat Mt. Lavinia for 31st night party. The arrangements were good and food also very tasty. Service is 6 star under busy schedule by the working people. Overall we didn't expected this much of happening at that place and that was awesome and the view for 31st night sky is amazing.

Best atmosphere but Worst customer service

I went to the place with couple of my friend on a Sunday dinner. The atmosphere with the Mount Lavinia beach was best.

We were waiting for above 30 minutes but not a single server willing to serve us. We called couple of servers to bring the menu card, but they walked like they don't care. They suppose to keep candles to every table, but they kept only for couple while we were siting on a dark place.

I will never recommend this place.

The sea breeze was better than any AC. The Nazi Goreng was really nice. Pork and the cuttle fish was Average. Service was excellent, maybe because the crowd was less.

The food here is good but not that satisfied about the service. Can get a little crowded sometimes. Also the prices that are in the menu are excluding both VAT and the service charge. So about 27% will be added on top of the value of food that you ordered (orders 4130rs worth of food and the final price turned up to be 5330rs. 1200rs was added as VAT and service charge).

This is a really nice place with nice view of the ocean. The process are reasonable and affordable. The food quality is good and they don't add a ton of preservatives and additives like most Chinese joints.

Nice, calm, cozy place for hangout. Food was not warm but delicious and the portions were pretty much large. Bar available. Shower area and washroom also available. Good place for a couple, family or guys to spend the time.
