I'm not a very picky person, but customer service must be improved!!! The guy at the front desk ( The Owner ) couldn't even lift his head to welcome us, not even talking about the simple smile. I'm working myself at the Engineering industry so was very disappointing to experience such a bad customer service. Otherwise, the hotel was quite OK. There is some hidden charges. We ordered few dishes with Chicken Fried Rice The menu Shows it lower than the bill so we paid more than we expected through the menu. no any other customers when we was there only us and unsafely place. not a good place to chill with your mates

It is safe to say a hotel in the hotel called Sancharina in Nahena. The food ingredient can not be cleaned. Also, the owner of this place, Ananda Paranavithana, allows anyone who visits this place to use drugs. All the signboards have the approval of the Tourism Minister's approval Said. The employees in this place provide similar food to the snakes. I know so much details, I am more than a month old and have not paid a month in this hotel, which you are adorning beautifully. ..
