Hello. Please give our thanks to the Manager(s) and others for the wonderful room and bottle for our Anniversary stay. We had an amazing time. The room was so comfortable, the food at Echo absolutely spectacular (we ate two meals there). Our waitress was just wonderful. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. What a great place!!

Good place to have a drink at their pub. Bub is comfortable with great seating and allows smoking inside. Service is brilliant and prices are good. One of the cheapest places interms of alcohol prices. Food is tasty and a bit towards expensive side. But definitely worth it. Dine in available for families in a non smoking area. There they won't serve bottles but shots in dine in area (in family restaurant) . Cowd can be noisy at times in the pub area.

Giving this 3 stars due to food. Attended 2 functions and both had food that was not upto the standard u expect at a wedding. Good atmosphere. Well placed n nicely designed interior.

This is an OK hotel with a decent bar and restaurant. Drinks are reasonably priced, although I find the potions of meat they put in any meal even a purely meat dish is too small for the price. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful although customer service can be terrible sometimes.

For example they would not turn on the AC but would when some other people arrive. And one time I actually sat and waited like 20mins to be served, after which I just went to the next hotel 2 mins down the road.

Last but not least the "IT guy" will straight up make up stories and lie to your face thinking you don't understand technology.

Really good family restaurant has suddenly turned to one of the worst restaurant in the Kiribathgoda town. Service staff has been changed. Management has started to use cheap and in trained service staff to save their money. They don't care the quality of the place at all.

Specially on dinners, they suddenly open the door in between the family restaurant and the bar and start to move chairs in and out for the next day wedding. Because they use family restaurant for small wedding functions now. They grab the tables and chairs on the tiled floor. They don't care about the noise and the dust and they never don't care the clients having their meals.

I've been a regular client at this place. But, I had to made a decision not to go there again.

Think twice before use Royal Park as your family restaurant.

This hotel that has been approved by the Tourist Board. Located in Kiribathgoda - on the Colombo-Kandy road which has banquet hall, PUB, family restaurant and AC, NON AC rooms. Foods are delicious and friendly staff.
