Typical government office and officials. Long ques, you have take a token and wait till your number. Go early in the morning, make sure to take your National Identity Card. Normally it takes an average 3-4 hours to complete all the tests and to get the medical certificate. Wear a trouser which can be rolled up to your knee, and keep in mind that they only work on weekdays.

You should go in the morning because there were so many people to get medical report.
Things must have
1. National ID
2.Rs 800/= for light vehicles
3.Pen

Things you have to do
1. All men and women must wear a dress that Doctors can observe their legs. It’s a must.
2. If you are wearing spectacles bring it too
3. First you have to take a application paper from the lady who is in front of the office. She will measure your hight and weight.
4. You will get a number so follow the qua.
5. Then you will put into an officer who print your certificate. So tell him your name and details correctly.
6. Then you must pay and take a receipt .
7. Then you must go to check your blood.
8. Then wait outside while they call your number range.
If you go inside time to time officers will blame you. They are not so friendly.
9. Then you are called to see the doctor so you MUST have a cloth that can see your knee.
The Doctor will examine as batches. So If your a men you have to remove your shirt.
10. There you have to do some exercises and eye check. then you have to come back out of the office and wait until they call your number range .
11. After that you can have the certificate. Recheck the details because my name was misprinted.

I went at about 9:30 a.m. and I got my certificate at about 12:30pm (worst case)
