Had a very bad experience.Bought a new M.I phone from them.It got stucked more than 3 times now.They said they replaced the display.But it stucked again.They were keeping the phone for several weeks now.Not replacing a phone to phone at least.Very disappointed.

With the pandemic import restrictions the gentleman took nearly two and half months to replace my phone's damaged part. However I am quite satisfied about the service he provided.

Be aware, this is not an authorized dealer or a service agent of Xiaomi. Don't get misled by the name.

Had a really bad and frustating experience with them. I went there to replace the display of my Xiaomi phone, since the authorized service agent don't have replacement parts due to Covid 19.

The third party display they installed to my phone is not compatible with the phone and does not work with the phone. The phone is totally unusable now. And they charged even more than the cost of genuine display. I didn't even bring the phone back since I have a zero faith on them.

Never visit the place to repair your Xiaomi phones.

not worth giving at least one start. very poor service. i inquired about a camera replacement from this service number and guy told me he'll get back to me. since then, he isn't answering my calls. today i called using a different number and surprisingly he answered. they are purposely ignoring customers.

Only Chinese versions are available, No global versions available. And looks like this is not the authorized Mi agent and it is misleading as if Mi Store. Anyhow they have Chinese versions of Xiaomi and Mi phones to buy if you want. It is adjoined with Etisalat dealer service center (once again not the direct Etisalat branch)

The service is really good and the promotions are the best. They cleaned my friend's phone camera for free and the way they communicate is really nice and friendly. It's a really good place to buy phones and to repair. There warranty is really trustworthy and the shop is really trustworthy. I enjoyed the shop and the staff very well and I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in buying or repairing their Xiaomi smart phones. 😄

I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro from the local dealer in Sri Lanka and after 11 months of use a software issue popped up. When I contacted the dealer I was directed to this service center.

I took the phone to them and they fixed and returned it the next day. Service was seamless and convenient.
