I bought an iPhone 14 pro from the daraz online store they have and they said they’d be giving me a screen protector free of charge because they didn’t have the color I ordered and I agreed to go with the color they had in stock. But they have sent only an empty box and there was no screen guard inside and also they have sent a back cover for the wrong model. I messaged a couple of times asking about it but they never bothered to reply! I don’t recommend their online store. It’s only gonna waste your time. I had to order a back cover and a screen guard again and wait a few days without using the phone because of the trouble they caused.
Giving three stars because their service was fast and I got a pretty good deal from their Black Friday promotion.response / report this review -

I bought a new mac mini m1 above 3 months ago . It was a really god one . Price was little bit lower than other places . It was Really reasonable price.
Today i went again and bought a new mac book pro m1 . Same situation . Price was lower than other places . Staff was super friendly . They provide really good service . I have bought a Microsoft surface device from them and I regret buying from them not because of any defect in my devices its just that their service is so poor. They open the shop when they want they close it when they want, doesn't care about the customers at all. In my first experience I went to the shop around 11 o'clock in the morning on a weekday and the owner asked for 10 minutes to come to the shop but I guarantee that I had to wait more than 30 minutes for him and it wasn't my first nor the last experience as a depressed customer there. Said they import from their own shop at Dubai but really not reliable.
