Good rooms
Good hospitality from the management and the worker.
Tasty food and also they are arranging different menus for the buffet.
The swimming fool is 2m deep for 3/4 from it length and 1/4is 3m deep o feel that edge line between 2m and 3m is getting too bad slant that is the only thing they have to change and the refrigerator is not working properly.
Environment is good coz it is fully surrounded by nature.
Also we can see when the elephant come to the lake for water.
They are using old antique items for show casing.

* Located in Nice & Clam Environment near Girithale Lake.
* Food is one thing you never regret, wow! really tasty food with lots of varieties @ buffet (+ many local foods)
* Friendly & Helpful staff, they will also arrange safari.
* Superb view near dining place where people can stay & relax.
* Pool also share the same view.
- Rooms are ok, but bathrooms have less space & should be improved.
* Overall good place to visit.

Rooms are very old major renovation need to be done. very less bathroom amenities. Foods are good and buffet spread also acceptable. Location is very nice. I think best time to go to this hotel is rain session because Giritale lake will it full capacity and panorama view will amazing.

The great view makes up for the dated rooms but fumigating your hotel while guest are sitting out in the open is just not right. Give us a heads up before starting to spray chemicals everywhere. The guy doing it is not wearing gasmask for nothing! The buffet dinner is surprisingly decent though and a good choice in the evening time

Definitely one of the best hotels in the Polonnaruwa district. The ambience and the surroundings creates a very unique experience to the guests. The food was amazing and filling. Affordable and the best customer service received for the price. A very friendly staff who would attend for your needs immediately upon a request. Make sure to request a Deluxe room as it gives you a view of the mesmerising Giritale Lake. If you wish to try authentic local cuisine which won't be available on their menu/buffet, feel free to request and they will make it for you without any additional chargers. The rooms were very clean and certainly spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Polonnaruwa.

Staff is very helpful. Welcome drink was good. Rooms are little smaller when you put 3 single beds. Still outdated CRT TV in the room. No safety deposit box in the room and main door lock is about the break. View is awesome. Food is okay not much to select from. But this is what you get for 3star. We had a walk around the hotel and the village. Kids loved it and that was priceless. Pool is smaller and crowded, plus point having a deeper area.

Rooms were dated but the stunning views and nature around was awesome. Dinner had many options, but wasn't anything special. the road around the lake in the national park was spectacular - wildlife elephants walking around was pretty awesome.

Excellent view and hotel. The rooms are decent. The washroom is a little small but it is still nice. The staff were excellent including the Manger. The food was really good as well. We were treated well and will stay again. The Alles family
