Nice place with to stay if you are visiting Polonnaruwa Ancient City. Rooms are clean and food is good. Price is in medium range.

Great value for money! Lovely little rooms. The food is delicious. The owner speaks English very well and is extremely helpful. He gave us directions and tips on how to see nearby ruins and was able to get a car for us to take us to our next hotel.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Ancient Village during our visit to Polonnaruwa. We cannot recommend this hotel anymore! The drive is a little tight, but this little gem is really worth it. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious! We will definitely be staying here again!
