Great hotel in polonnaruwa! Calm and beautiful place stay and relax! They've great foods also!

It was a nice place ! Reasonable price and can’t expect much for that price either ! The pool was nice and clean with an eye arresting view of the lake just infront of it which is breath taking ! The rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms . The bed was comfortable. But didn’t see much staff around . I loved the view and the stay was peaceful and calm. . The view is just priceless !!! 😍😍😍

Rooms OK but not spotless, dated, not very warm welcome Expensive corporate type place. Drinks are exorbitantly priced. You pay for the location.

Nice view from VERY DIRTY window. Full of bugs. Poor facilities, water dripping air condition. Guys pls manage your hotel better!

Good old place with history. Nice view of lake and Angamedilla National Park. Fair number of bird varieties, butterflies and dragon flies were seen at backyard area. Elephants eating beru grass at margin of lake near hotel is common scene.

Good place to stay in Polonnaruwa. Very close to the Parakramasamudraya Lake and have view of Bandi Lake. Food is good and price also reasonable. Rooms are clean. If you do the booking over the phone please re-check the reservation before travel, since the operators do foget entering the reservation sometimes. If you looking for nice sorrounding look for Hotel Sudu Araliya its next to the Hotel Lake.

Place with nice view & friendly staff. But, they won't help you even to bring your baggages, unless u asked for. There is a Sri Lankan buffet. So do not expect International menus.

Room is small, Bed sheet is dirty and I found spider on the wall and white bugs on the table. Blanket looks dirty also.it's terrible,only location is good,but not worth the price, don't recommend !

Very bad service! Nobody care about us when we went for dinner. And it took 15mins to get menu! Waiter said they were so busy but the guests are only 30 people. We were not finished the order and he was lost and wait another 15 mins to call him to take the order. The food preparing took one hour. Feeling too bad.

Don't go there if you don't want to lose your stuff (i was robbed) and if you don't want to lose your life. I saw dying man there and stuff didn't want to call a doctor. They were having fun of this tragedy. He died only because people working there didn't want to help. If you want to stay alive- go to other hotel.

its a nice place.rooms needs update.but its clean and service is good.has a lovely view over looking Parakrama Samudra. you can see wild elephants on the road side.if ur a out door person this is a lovely place.its close by to the minneriya jungle as well.so you can go on elephant safari.hotel toilets are really small though.other than that its a wonderful plc.

The views from the rooms is amazing. The staff are super friendly. The pool is nice. The rooms are clean and well done.
What wasn't so great? The food. Especially if you're vegetarian. The service at the restaurant leaves quite a bit to be desired.
