I went there to repair my laptop (MSI GP62 6QF display replacement). They quickly troubleshooted it and then repaired it all within an hour. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place for any PC repair.

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Gave my laptop for a service because two of my keys weren’t working. They charged Rs2500 which I thought was way too much, but equating price to quality I went ahead anyway. Not only did they do a terrible job, but they made my laptop worse somehow. After the service multiple other keys had stopped working and the computer had slowed down to the point that it was unusable. When asked why their response was that the keyboard was malfunctioning and that it needed to be replaced. Highly ticked off I took back my laptop and got it fixed from a friend who fixed the whole thing free of charge (including the keyboard that in no way needed to be replaced) he mentioned that the people who had serviced that laptop had butchered the insides causing damage to the mother board as well. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR COMPUTER!

I am very satisfied with the overall service. My job number was #12781. There was a black screen on my ASUS laptop after a bottle of water poured on my laptop. I handed over the laptop to them on 26/04/2018 evening and I received the estimate for the laptop on the following day morning. They quickly started the repairing process according to my wish and ultimately I could collect the repaired laptop before 24 hours. I really appreciate the business process and the quick service. Recommend this place to everyone.

I had to leave my laptop at Metropolitan for 25 days for a screen replacement, which was not completed even then. They brought up all sorts of excuses plus their quoted price was very steep. Finally, I called Lanka Laptop House after browsing the web and they said I could get the job done in 20 minutes. When I brought the laptop in, it didn't even take 20 minutes to get the screen replaced and they did so for two thirds of the quoted price of Metropolitan. They are well-prepared to serve the customers with readily available stocks and understand the customer requirements. Their service is highly professional and Lanka Laptop House is the only place I would turn to, for laptop related issues in the future. Thank you for the top notch service!

Handed my laptop after the motherboard suddenly gave out due to hinges in lid and keyboard area. Gave the lap and got back to me with 4 days after a total fix and the lap now works fine! Excellent service!

I gave my HP Pavilion 15 Laptop to do a repair of it's motherboard. They repaired my laptop in 2 days even it is a motherboard repair. Prices are little bit high (Not that high :p), but still totally worth it. The staff is also friendly. Highly Recommended this shop to do any repairs in your laptop.

I gaved my laptop (Toshiba c850D ) for repairs one of the computer shop in dehiwela.. they messed up my computer.. and finally i saw this computer repair shop in dehiwela (Lanka laptop house).. the first day I went in they greet the client very well.. and they did a awesome job where els other computer repair shops never do.. there custormer service so good.. I wish if I can give them 5 stars more.. good job.. keep it up

First I was a bit reluctant even though I knew the existence of this shop a few years back. The cost was very reasonable for a MacBook Pro display assembly and it was repaired within couple of hours. Customer care is excellent. Tracking and updating about the repair is perfect to the point in every way. If you have any problem with your laptop which is out of warranty or your "Authorized Resellers" cannot handle, This is the place to visit. Highly satisfied and recommended.

Thank you Lanka Laptop house for saving my old buddy, Lenovo Y50-70. I went to another shop and they told me that I have to replace my motherboard. Technicians from Lanka Laptop house repaired the existing motherboard, a BIOS chip replacement and saved me from spending more money on a new motherboard. Very friendly and nice customer service, status of the process can be tracked via online and very fast. Provided me the repaired laptop even before the day that they told me. Obviously the best place to reapair a laptop.

WOW for the first time in Sri Lanka I got a repair [ any service for that matter.]before the promised time period!!!
