When you take your laptop they will not carry out the repair in front of you. They will ask you to come back later or after sometimes. They can extract anything any personal information and use for any criminal matter. Managment should install cctv cameras to each desk and connect same to a screen at customer waiting area. I'm not comfortable you guys carry out repairs now. I can't recommend this place. They also can remove your good parts and replace with bad / duplicates.. So be careful if you're going to this place.

Great Place to Purchase Computer and Devices, Cross the Road for Parking / Next Side (Separate Parking Area). Choose the Product on their website and then visit for purchase. its like pickup store type shop. not like showroom type. (they have a customer accessable computer there to search the product. but better choose the product before visit. they are also updating stock availablity status on website)

Claimed the warranty,
they gave me a Brand-new monitor within 2-3 days.

Computer and electronic items shop. Decent staff. Most of the time can get reliable computer and electronic items. Not customer oriented as before. Make sure you will get a proper invoice with warranty terms clearly mentioned in it.

A good place for all your Desktop PC shopping requirements. Not the best at laptops. If you're building a desktop this is the ideal. Try to take a bill from an earlier visit because if you're a regular, you could stand to get a discount. I would advice that you go with a good idea with the product you buy or a knowledged person because some of the workers sometime try to hook you up with a not so good brand or part. But if you know your stuff around a PC this is a solid good place to shop with good prices.

Service is good. Had no issues with warranty replacements. However, be careful when buying hard drives from them. There was a label "Re-certified Product" on a Seagate hard I bought. And it was too late when I found out what Re-certified meant!

Only place where you can park your car or bike free of charge and shop for computer items. Almost any item is available and if they dont have they will walk to the unity plaza showroom and get what you need. Highly recommended .

takes about 2 weeks to claim warrant and provide product back to you. My laptop had a manufacture defect and they repaired it well. the provide a quality service but it took 2 weeks. Service is ok but it needs to be fast

Previously on Wellawatta. Used to be a Pioneer in locally assembled desktops. Then they fitted mainly low quality components and the machines became unreliable.
The bad after sales service out the nail into their coffins. Now a new place near Majestic and Unity. Service not much better though
