Great online store and is in a way Sri Lankan's version of Amazon. You can order from their website and choose for them to deliver to your house or if you are passing by the store, you could pick them up yourselves. They sell all varieties of electronics and other items as well. 10 out of 10 service as well. Amazing shop and definitely would come again.

Seriously, what is with them ! Worst online service ever ! no way to contact them and just have whatsapp number and take ages to reply. I had placed an order online and after a day, a guy called and said out of stock (Seriously ?? after placing the order?? ). Then I asked to replace with another item which indicate available in the site and said will get back after talking with the sales division ( passed a day and still not replied ). Seriously you guys CAN NOT survive like this. I will never place a order with you guys hereafter. You guys got good verities. But with poor service and letting customer frustrate like this will not impact good on you ! ( In my point of view though)

Pathetic place to shop. They don't seem to know what they are doing. I ordered a oven 2 weeks ago and the payment went through and I received a notification that the product would be dispatched in 2-3 working days. Since I had not heard from them, I sent a mail, to which the response was the product is out of stock. I sent another mail asking for a refund, and they responded saying the product would be delivered. Then I get a refund notice on email and SMS saying the product would be delivered. When I call them they keep saying system failure, system update call later. They don't even bother to call you back. The money has not been transferred to my account yet, product not delivered and they are silent. I feel cheated.

No-one to welcome or guide the visitor. The front lobby is filled with products, can be arranged in more organised and aesthetically. However the product is good and same as mentioned.

Compared to other online shopping, Wow is giving better deals. Specially their credit card deals are better compared to others. But their item availability is not that great. It took longer than expected. Specially for people who are expecting something special might get disappointed by their stock availability and delivery time. Other than that their services are great

One of the largest On Line shop in Sri Lanka. Normal prices are high, but there are so many credit card discount . Some time there are stock clearing sales, at that time items are going very cheap. Very good collections for every one, every home and office needs.Delivery service also available. Parking space, loading unloading is not much problem hear.

Poor after sales service. I bought an Air Conditioner from them. It was said that there are 3 free services will be provided with in a year. No one has come after 6 months even and I was kept calling them and reminded them regarding the free services. Finally after a year they have come and did the service. Only one service. Until today, I didn’t get the other 2 free services. Not recommended at all.

Please update your shopping cart application. Coupons are disappear magically as soon as someone redeem it even though we don't checkout items. Cannot search for an item since your great shortlist algorithm. Your shopping cart is heavy and bulky. Each time I tried to go hear and there, I feel like I'm driving a tractor. Even undergrads can make a better shopping cart than yours.

Thank you for disappearing my Rs. 2000 coupon. The people paid you to buy that for me. Your shopping cart app invalid it like nothing. You owe me right!!!

Polite and helpful staff. Anything displayed on the website as can be collected immediately from the store can be purchased so at the said price. Even after going there have to proceed online but it's very simple and convenient, the staff assists if necessary, can be done without having to create an account even and can pay there by cash. Parking is difficult though.

Brought Tramontina 5 Pcs Cookware set, The website said it is non-stick but there is no label in the cookware saying it is non stick. The product seems cheap, its not worth paying Rs.9025. Very bad product.

They provide a good service. It's always better to drop in to their outlet rather than online orders. There are few self service kiosks inside the outlet too. So that you can place your order and make payments online after having a look at the products.

Good price and friendly staff. This building has very limited parking when compared to the number of customers they get. I had to circle for 15 minutes to get a parking slot.😕 I will give them 5 stars when they fix this problem.

They sell duplicated low quality electrical items. I bought a LG A/C for 79,000/- after one month it stopped working. Dont get cheated for their offers. Theif service is bad & duplicated products not the original products.

Good , but staff need to be trained better. The last time I visited to buy a television, and paid by cash . Moments later after I had paid 35000/- in cash , the lady who was to receive my receipt insisted me to provide my ID which I had not taken with me. Then she told me to wait without any indication of how she was going to proceed further. Finally , I drove back home , took my ID and when I arrived , found our that she had forgotten the issue after informing someone about the ID issue.
I got the television after submit the I'd, but can't understand why it is mandatory for cash payments and moreover why didn't they inform me when I made the payment ? The staffs are poorly trained .

It takes very long time to collect ordered items. The staff need more training on how to effectively handle queue. Experience compared with a leading competitor. Another extra thing is that even if you have made the order online and paid, you have to take another order sheet at the counter
