Ordered a washing machine and waited more than two weeks time and even they didn't call me during this time, so I called them more than twenty times, no one answered the phone just played a music. Finally I had to visit mydeal and asked why the item won't be given, then they replied me the order cannot be continued because they thave a problem with the merchant and ask to refund money. I can't do anything and finally agreed to refund money, another two weeks I had to wait and visit several times to mydeal and ask when you will refund my money, two weeks later they refunded my money.Be careful when you place an order if the item is not in stock and check all the items before you buy something whether it is damaged.

Worst place to by stuff in Sri lanka. Never buy anything from here. I paid for a TV last month and after 2 weeks later I called them for the item and they replied that once the item received they will provide it. Then after 2 days later they call me and said they don't have the item and do I accept the refund. I accepted the refund and they said whiting 4 days the money will be transferred. Then I wait waited for another week and call again asking for the refund then they said my refund is processed and the money will be transferred in 3-4 day. Then I waited another week and called them for the refund and then they asked me to pay another Rs 9000 and buy a different TV. I did not agree and still waiting for the refund. This is a totally fraud company with 3rd class customer service. I had to spent around Rs 500 to contact them as in every single call I had to wait for more than 10 minutes until someone answer it.

One of the best place to buy fancy stuff. They have lot of collection of items. You can order through the website or you can buy from the store. Also they provide delivery. Iteams are cheep. Fast service.In the store they have some computers available and you can search the available items from their website.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU NEED A REFUND THAT IS NOT IN THEIR POLICY very bad customer handling skills by the staff.. if you pay for something specially online, just be sure you get it.. because they do not have a refund policy

Worst customer service. I need to wait ages to get my product. Online voucher redemption is worst. Only one desk operating and unprofessional lady in the desk wasting hours. If you know someone then you can get done quickly. Otherwise ready to wait hours. Not recommended at all.

Fair customer service. However they need be accurate on what's in stock. The site mentions an item is available when actually it's not. It's pretty inconvenient when one intends on going with the Pay at Store option

I have ordered an USB fan and when I got the item, It does not work. I was using the delivery service therefore did not checked the item before. So I called them. They told me to bring the item back then only they can check. So my point is if I can come to the store, I would do that in the first place and pickup the item without paying delivery charges and got it delivered. Is this how you do business?. We have to pay delivery charges to the broken items and then go back to the store in order to fix them. What a shame?. I do not recommend anyone to go for this place and I won't go either.

My only online shopping solution so far has been Mydeal. It's website is very attractive, user friendly and reliabile. You could even buy things by visiting the store. Which i do the most. It's located it Galle road, so very easy access. Computers with access to the website is available so you can even run through their offers even at the store. But I agree that the staff (especially the girls) have to be more friendly and fast in their service. Sometimes all what's shown on the website is not available.

Poor customer service. No friendly smiles, no compliments and indifferent. This is my experience after visiting the showroom today. Sales personnel should be taught to be nice and friendly to the customers. Something like "Good Morning Sir, How may I help you" would be a very nice welcome. However after seeing the expressions on the faces of sales personnel I doubt this would happen any soon. Disappointed.

Typically you will have to experience long waiting times if you opt to pick up the items from store yourself. This is especially true if you plan to collect your items during the weekend. And don't expect anything close to friendly customer service.
They also sometimes sell replica items without mentioning that they are not original. I bought a Samsung headset, Sony wireless mouse, Hummer Bicycle (Which is the replica brand for Montague Bikes which I later found out) etc which all turned out to be replica items. Therefore it is always better to double check model numbers and brands prior to purchasing items to ensure that you don't end up with fake products.
Nevertheless they do stock unique items at reasonable prices which are not stocked elsewhere in the country. It is always recommended that you opt for the items to be shipped to you rather than collect from store as the collection from store can be very frustrating. From my experiences, the waiting times have always been more than 15 minutes during weekends.

Takes a long time to fulfill the order. I gave the voucher to a sales representative about 20 minutes back and still standing in the queue. There inventory is badly managed and I can see their employees struggling to find products. My order is a pre paid order and I informed them the exact time I come. They can in fact keep the order ready. Service should be improved.
The website and the deals here are good.

The deals they offer is good but be careful sometimes the descriptionson the website and actual product are completely different. This happened to me for 3 products. Bit of advice if the product on offer here is not a product from reputed manufacturer then dont buy.

Trick is to get a item that you really need and know and know the street price of item. Convenient collection location, although sometimes it take lot of time to actually collect due to ques.
