this hotel is quite comfortable place, the room condition is well maintained (so it's always clean and tidy) and definitely with reasonable price.

the weather in Xamnuea always cool and terrible cold during in winter season.

from the hotel we can easily walk to bus terminal or just spend a little bit time walk to downtown market to observe and taste some local food.

Turned up at 5pm , door was open, nobody there, after 5 minutes a cleaning lady turned up said there is nobody here , i should leave . I waited another 20min and left. The place is not in operation.
