Nice place but a little dirty

Good location just in front of the visitor center for the caves but SO COLD ! We stayed one night, what a pity the bungalows are not made for cold weather ! Otherwise it's okay, clean and big enough, nice garden, but what a pity we froze
Staff doesn't speak english at all but one guy did, fortunately, because we needed information about the visitor center (we didn't know it was right there), restaurant nearby (excellent indian food north the street "Sabadee") and taxi to Sam Neua for the day after.

Ok for a night

It was very cold and bathroom was flooding. It cost 80, I wouldn't pay more than 50 for this. And even better, I'd skip it.
