  Good sized room, nice and modern look. Bed was comfortable. No weird smell.
  Only thing which needs to be improved is the cleanliness, very dusty room, looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned for months and the bed had no sheets.

  New hotel, rooms are big. Furniture and appliances are new - tv, air con, fan, mini fridge. Rain shower head in bathroom with hot water. King size bed with comfortable mattress. 100,000 kip/night. Only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because there is quit a bit of dirt in the corners of room and there was a dead roach on top of the mini-fridge.
