Clean and comfortable, good hot shower (if you check the switch in the corridor's turned on first!, but it's labelled clearly enough in English). Nice family that runs the place.

Pierwszy nocleg w Laosie, nie wiedziałem dokładnie jakiej ceny się spodziewać ale teraz wiem że 60000kip to stanowczo za dużo za ten pokój. Pokój był mały śmierdzący i brudny do tego łóżko twarde i niewygodne. Miał być też ciepły prysznic z którego leciała tylko gotującą woda i nie dało się go użyć. Toaleta standart azjatycki czyli tylko dziura. Szczerze nie polecam

Overpriced (and overrated here in google maps ) for what you get! The beds was smelly and uncomfortable (probably not washed for a while) disgusting!
There is no sinks in toilets, no plugs close to beds, no view from the windows and you can hear every little sounds form the other rooms.
The man at the reception was unfriendly and don’t speak a single word of English.
The only good thing is the terrace with the «couch»
After 2 months in Laos, this guesthouse was one of the worst.response / report this review -

First accommodation and night I stayed in Laos. Wasn't sure what to expect in relation to price and room quality. I paid 60000kip for a one bedroom with no tv. Bed mattress was thin so it was quite hard because of wood underneath. I got the cheapest room so not sure if other options would have a better bed. They claim they have hot showers but mine only got warm. But that might just be my western standards. Wifi was good though.
