Clean big rooms with friendly staff but the big downside is that it's located right next door to a very noisy Chinese guesthouse which rents out cheap dirty dorm rooms. The Chinese have no consideration for others and shout until the wee hours of the morning after a heavy night of drinking. They also had a big fire to bbq their food filling up my room with a lot of smoke.

Nice villa within one block from riverfront, and night market. Finished and furnished room with closet, great bed and breakfast, refrig, good location, good wifi, most helpful and friendly staff encountered in Laos.

Quite nice for a budget hotel. The staff are friendly. The room is big and clean. The WiFi speed is also decent.
The location is close to the night and morning markets, Mekong river pier.
The male staff is a bit pushy, and might keep asking you to can rent a motor bike.

Very quiet guesthouse, just behind the main road of the night market. Big and clean room, very kind and polite staff and good breakfast too. We really enjoyed our stay in this true example of lao serenity.
