We stayed at this hotel for a few days in May 2018. The hotel seems more like a guest house as it seems to be a couple of buildings linked together. We stayed at the cottage 205. It was up a staircase (with no lift) and the room was simple yet quite elegant. It featured a wooden floor, light walls and a kingsize bed that was a bit too hard for me. There was a small flat screen TV on the wall, an empty fridge and some storage space. The walls were a bit “dirty” and were in need of some paint and this was quite obvious when laying in bed looking up. There was a free wifi that worked quite well. The small bathroom had a shower corner and tiles on the floor. The shower had warm water and good enough water pressure – the shower gel and shampoo had a lovely scent. The location of the hotel is great – right by the river and it is easy to walk to various temples, restaurant, night market etc. Breakfast was served by the river (when the weather was good) and it included an egg station, some cereal and yogurt, bread and fruit – and lovely views of the river. All in all a very nice hotel with a basic standard – but with lots of charm and a great location.

Clean and comfortable. Note: There is a main hotel and building and other villas they own and house people. Each one has a front desk and staff. Staff was helpful, too.
Not a bad thing but something to know because you might check in and be taken around the block or so to the other facility if you're not at the main location.
Our friends had airport transfers (for 7:40 am flights on different days) and drivers arranged by the staff were early and staff awake.response / report this review -

A lovely hotel located right on the bank of Mekong and near major attraction. The staff is friendly and provides good service. Our room is great with all the amenities that you would expect, an air conditioner, a small fridge, shower with hot and cold water, bathroom
Like most hotels and restaurants in that area, the hotel maintain an outdoor seating area on the opposite side of the road, right on the bank of Mekong. This is where they serve you breakfast. The spread is excellent here. You can get a full breakfast with fresh eggs done the way you like
Or you can walk a few hundred meters and you will be on the main road where you can pick from one of many famous cafes and bakeriesresponse / report this review -

Good facilities..not very convenient in terms of staff availability and arranging for tours. They have different buildings spread in the riverside area that make up the hotel.

Yummi breakfast. Good price. OK room and nice hotel. Our room lacked typical things you would expect in a hotel room (ie. tv, clock radio, air condition, etc). Though with the simple laid back life in Luang Prabang, I didn't find this to be a negative factor. Actually, it probably help make my vacation better. Our stay was very peaceful. I'd love to return.
