Excellent service, very good food and cocktails. Great location as well. Almost a 5 stars. Only low point : the moskitoes. But the staff can provide with some repellent

From the moment we arrived and were asked if we had a reservation we seemed to get a whole load of attitude from the one person who then looked after us for the evening.
It came to a head at the end of the evening when we left, this one boy was right in front of me and I said "thank you" very clearly and he completely ignored me and looked away on purpose.
I mentioned how extremely rude this was to another person there, but I guess he was not management and he just apologized.
I would be very happy to hear from management as to why this may have happened.
We were there 28th Feb 2018, paid up around 9.50pm and the bill was 270k kip.
On a side note my wife and friends food was ok but the river fish I had made me ill the next day.response / report this review -

I went ahead and ordered their set "explorer" menu. Initially I wasn't sure if I would enjoy everything on the menu, but it ended up being a fantastic meal. You could tell the food was fresh and each component had its own flavor. Between the excellent service and a delicious dining experience, this place is a must when in Luang Prabang.

Unbelievable experience. Top 10 meal easily of all time. I had the eggplant lettuce wraps with vermicelli, grilled water buffalo with coffee sauce, and coconut sticky rice with banana and sorbet. Unreal.
