  Don't stay here. Really badly run hotel. We had been promised early check-in but the room wasn't ready as promised. We had to wait three hours and weren't even offered a glass of water.
  
  We were forced to pay for the room before entry, despite them having my card details. They then could not change the cash I gave them and we had to call back to get our money.
  In the room the hot water didn't work.
  At Breakfast there was a sign to order omelette, but the lady said they had no eggs. This is in the centre of the capital city.

  Ok I guess. Room clean, bed comfortable. Downsidesshowerhot water intermittent, they made us pay for the room at check in but then didn't have any change, no eggs at breakfast, they didn't run out as we arrived at the start of breakfast, they just never bothered to stock any for the start of breakfast.

  Worth staying here. The breakfast is not worth it at all. Actually not good at all. But the room is very comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Makes it worth while

  Nice room, friendly staff and okay price at a good location. Only thing that could potentially be improved would be the breakfast, was a bit on the boring side, but hotel breakfasts usually are

  Room is a decent size with a semi old look. Avg price in the area 1000฿.

  It's a good time to stay here. It located in a peacefull quarter. All rooms are very clean and comfortable. We highly appreciate the hospitable of all staffs working here. The breakfast is very good. However, if "Lao noodle sup" is appread in breakfast, it's quite excellent. Tks so much.

  After i paid for the room (booked by agoda) the staff said 'there's a problem with the lights in the room i supposed to stay and others on that floor so he can provide no room for me'
  
  he ask if i could stay at Douang Deuane Hotel instead. !!!
  
  This is horrible.
  He should inform that before the payment but he didn't.
