Cheap but nice place to stay and almost downtown

The beds are the absolute worst hostel beds I’ve slept on in six months of hostels. Otherwise the atmosphere is fun. The hostel owners are selling the place soon so don’t expect the beds to be replaced. Breakfast was good.

A cheap place for staying a couple days in Vientiane. The breakfast was easy and good. There are many backpackers and interesting people to talk with. Cool atmosphere in the evening with a pool desk, happy hour and music! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
You can change your money, baht to kip, there but not kip to baht.

Bad place! It's old, room is dark need to be update..the bathroom is dark and no hot water! There is music loud all night. The staff doesn't even care. The breakfast was no deal, at first day they forget my boyfriend toast, and second day I asked for pancakes they didn't bring and when was asked again I then wait for 15minutes for two plastic pancakes!
The services like tranfers it's more expensive them others hostel in the same street. Never want to came here again, not a good place!response / report this review -

Hostel is not that clean and facilities are limited (our dorm room wouldn't lock). Breakfast is good and staff is friendly, but the pool is nothing like the pictures and a few metres down the street.

Great hostel with free breakfast and free vodka for two hours each night! Met lots of traveller and hostel helped me book bus to Luang Prabang. Careful if you ask them to do your laundry, count your clothes first and they lost some of mine.

Sociable and fun place to meet other travellers. Private room was a bit mouldy and could do with re-decoration. Arranged my bus to Vang Vieng including pickup. Awesome Egyptian food place directly opposite that's open late.

Despite having free vodka, free breakfast, and pool table, we could only stay here 2 nights then moved to another hotel we enjoyed much more. I felt that a minority of people would really enjoy this place, but for most others stay somewhere else much cheaper. Beds are uncomfortable, staff is kind of rude, music is loud at night. This place is a cheesy attempt to lure backpackers and tries a little too hard to be "cool," when it's actually pretty crappy and expensive. Oh, and the breakfast sucks.

The pool is communal and a block away. Rock hard beds. More expensive than other hostels w better standard in the area. Noisy until late, lots of 19 year old Brits.

Average hostel regarding almost every aspect: cleanness, services, comfort, staff. I can't complain for nothing but at the same time there's nothing to remember or no special reason to recommend it. Just normal.

I have stayed here several times. OK location. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a pretty good social atmosphere as well.

Had a private room. Great staff, great breakfast, and great location. Though the room did get mosquitos, there were not too many.
