Cheap, clean but very small rooms. 100 000 Kip for a double room with shared bathroom. Centrally located with many restaurants, bars and ATMs just around the corner. As someone already said the signs and rules (there are many!) are a little annoying to look at after some time and create a very tense atmosphere. Some staff members are real sunshines while others are as friendly and helpful as a brick.

I have been to this place many times and I have never been disappointed. I have always feared the guesthouse accommodation type because of noise, cleanliness and security. This place is all the opposite of this definition. This guesthouse offers private rooms with private bathroom, as well as shared bathroom. The last is really clean, well maintained and people staying here are usually respectful to one another. At night, the night shift won't let anybody cross the front door if they are not staying at the guesthouse. The staff is polite and helpful, I even got offered a free afternoon tea coulon that I sadly couldn't use. There is free lao coffee until 5 pm everyday, and you can access the breakfast every morning for less than 3bucks per day.

Nice guesthouse with a small garden to chill or smoke on the 4th floor. Inexpensive, very nice staff, and much importantly the bathrooms are very clean. I have been there last week and last year, and it is very well maintained! Will be back for sure

I’ve stayed here two times but after this second one, don’t think I would come back! The best thing is that the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable!! Can’t say the same about the shared bathrooms.. I changed room to a one with private bathroom because they weren’t clean enough for me. The staff is helpful but hardly smile, and some of them have a very arrogant attitude!! The breakfast is not worth to pay.. it’s not so good and the place to have it is super hot during the morning!! The building is full of rules, signs or reminders of things guests should not do. I think is okay if there were a few, but honestly they are everywhere which makes the atmosphere weird. The location is good though, near a lot of places to eat, river and night market.

The overall is okay, Cheap and Clean. Provide breakfast for all guest and easy to access interesting site easy to get around. This place has an elevator, But very hard to find place to park car.

The place was good and clean but for any reason wash your clothes there!! Our clothes came back with holes and without colour!!

Clean, convinient location and okay priced hotel. Free breakfast which was filling and serves free coffee during the day time. Room is average too but too many rules everywhere in the room!

This hotel has an excellent location, you can walk almost everywhere. It is near the Mekong.
Our room was clean and had an OK size, it wasn't huge, but it was OK for two. The toilet was clean and the shower had a curtain.
Breakfast was good, eggs any style, fruit, tea, coffee and at the time we were there you could order banana pancakes too.
The staff were friendly and helpful to us. Free coffee and tea until 5pm. We were given a voucher for free cake after we purchased our bus tickets from the reception. This was nice of them.
It was quite funny and puzzling at the same time to read the BAZILLION rules posted on the walls of the hotel. Some of them were a bit silly, tbh. I think they should take it easy with all the rules.

Moderately priced, clean, good location, but the whole hotel is plastered with rules and signs, what you're not allowed to. Feels pretty strict. Still decent.
