A little out of town but the shuttle service helps. Quite run down which is a shame as it could be a great place to stay. The pool was good but out of five sunbeds only was was not broken. The saving grace was the staff, friendly, helpful and faultless.

For 50,000 kip you get to use the pool on the rooftop and enjoy the blistering hot sunshine. Great value and you can get food and drinks too.

Very good management. Obvious time and efforts invested by the owner. Rooftop good for wine and beer as well to hangout. Only there are no ample parking on premise. Bit of risk leaving the car on street. I did not posted any pics taken cause enough pics uploaded by owner or staffs. Too many pics overlap. Posted very same pictures by different people. Cluttered!

Plenty of well maintained amenities available, including swimming pool and a gym.

Quiet location away from the busy city.

Big room with kitchenette and medium sized refrigerator. Lots of cabinet provided. Also suitable for long-term stay. However the wall is not soudproof. You can hear if the next room if they make loud noise from talking and TV.
Front staff is friendly.
Excellent facilities (big size pool, fitness club, free airport transfer, free shuttle service to town). Breakfast is average not much choice but you can order from the breakfast menu.
Though the hotel locates 15 mins drive from center of town but they provide free shuttle service every two hours.
In short, good value for money

Staff's English knowledge is so so poor! { Serving pepperoni to vegetarians :( } Not even ready to accept that they need to improve.
