Good hotel, nice and quiet atmosphere. A small oasis in the city centre of Vientiane. The restaurant is not recommended if you are looking for Lao food. The street food is a good choice for this.

I would recommend this place for the people who want to take a rest away from all the noises of the city. I liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There’s a mini van-or shuttle bus-heading to the down town (Namphou park) every hour on the hour.

We liked this place, but it could definitely be improved.

Pros;
1. Not in the city centre, which depending on the person is good or bad. We liked the walk and getting to see the actual locals and not stay stuck in the centre.
2. All rooms seem to face the pool which gives a nice view in the evenings.
3. Not a big place, but nice decor and friendly staff. Biased by the fact it was not busy, so almost felt like we had the hotel to ourselves at times.
4. Great friendly staff

To be improved;
1. The little canal of water around the pool was a bit dirty and standing water ( and smelt allot like chlorine)
2. White we liked the walk, the actual area it is in is not great (definitely a prostitute standing about 30m away from the front driveway one night & a big complex in early stages of construction next door)
3. Room decor was 'ok' and the TV in the room was not great

All in all, a nice medium sized boutique hotel and not much to complain about, don't expect anything 'great', but dont expect many problems either

Good stay overall. Nice rooms, swimming pool. Staff friendly and adequate English understanding. Location a little way from town, but complentary shuttle every hour. Excellent coffee with good buffet breakfast.

water in pool is dirty and seems that the hotel had its good times many many years ago. loud music outside all night. manager doesnt care. room service after 4 pm for changing bed? NO WAY: „room service have left already“. and the best at the end: late checkout charged with 30 USD without any notification in advance. Never again! PS. Front desk from VN not understand english or laos language

Not all the room have same quality.
But the one we got was nice and functionnal.
Quiet view on the pool. Restaurant was good too.

A bit far from the town enter and located along Khouvieng Rd. It's has a very nice design. Rooms are great, services are good and staff are friendly. Might be a bit expensive for some of Southeast Asians.
