A good hotel, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food
Hemera hotel, the room is ok but the coffee included the breakfast is not ok
Large clean modern rooms. Some with windows and some without. Very pleasant staff and very helpful with our questions and requests. Lovely breakfast and the perfect location for a quieter evening and just opposite the morning market and older shopping mall. Easy walk to most embassies or inexpensive taxi ride.
I will book again and recommend to anyone.
Good for the price. Clean rooms. No windows in most of the rooms. Very friendly staff.
Good hotel downtown, nice staff but some mosquito.lol
Location consider is good, staff is friendly too
Very close to near market. 20 mins away from night market. Very quiet at night.
Convenient location. Close to Patuxai Monument, next to Talaat Sao. And 15 minute walk to river front area.
Room was big and bed was very comfortable, but there was a huge rat running around in night time that woke me up 3-4times. Shower wasnt to nice and the hot water did not work either. The fridge provided some very bad tasting water but when checking out they charged money for it. I think i will choose another hotel next time i visit Laos!
Very noisy maybe because they use low quality of material.. i stayed 3 nights and every morning hear staff or maid (Vietnamese)their voice chat very loudly.. it's super annoying!!! Breakfast also wasn't good
Good clean hotel about a 10 minute walk from the centre. Close to bus station and morning market and. Very basic breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Big rooms with air con TV and big bathrooms. Money changer and mini mart also very near. Good budget option.
A good hotel at a good rate. Helpful and friendly staffs. Convenient location to visit Morning Market, Patuxay Monument; near convenient shops and bus station to Thailand.
Staff is beyond friendly, always willing to help. Service with a smile as they say! Room was clean and was probably the best bed we had slept on in about a month. As mentioned we also had a room with no window but made for a quiet stay and a great sleep! Breakfast was included and was great. Found a lot of other places with breakfast included the food was not fresh but here that was definitely not the case! Location was also pretty good, close to a lot of the sights which makes it a cheap experience.
Very noisy maybe because they use low quality of material.. i stayed 3 nights and every morning hear staff or maid (Vietnamese)their voice chat very loudly.. it's super annoying!!! Breakfast wasn't good as well
When (or if) you found it you will satisfied with your stay there. We tried to find entrance several times with gps also, but there was no sign or something else. Even if you look inside through the glass door you will see other title (maybe old hotel title). I hope situation already changed.
Guy on reception desk was very friendly. We had room without window so we feel ourselves as moles) Is good if you want to sleep at the day time, but is terrible for waking up, like you wake up on lonely base on North Pole during polar night) Room have some kind of design and is really good is thing that gave us little joy. But if you look closer you will see dirty walls with spots, dirty armchair upholstery and so on. Bathroom looks better but be careful with water tap. If you turn it on for a while then turn off for a several moments (ex. you shave or brush your teeth) and turn on again it can be extremely, volcano hot! I got burn just in moment! So after you check in - change temperature on your water heater under sink in bathroom! And is better to check everything before leave your children alone with this crazy water tap or shower! Please be careful!
It's a good clean hotel like in the photos, near many ATMs and shopping mall which is nice. The rooms still look pretty new/clean which is nice, compared to the hotels near river side palace. One small problem is that only 2 rooms at this hotel have any windows and those are $60 usd per night. Besides that this is a good hotel for the price compared to others. I'm worried that they won't maintain the quality over time though.
