Lovely, quiet, comfortable and conveniently located hotel in the centre of Vientiane with nice friendly staff. BUT, it could be a bit cleaner, for instance the floor of our room. However my biggest issue, and hence the 2 stars was the lack of wifi, despite it being advertised. We stayed for four days, and constantly complained about the wifi, but there was very little interest or action to try and rectify the issue. Had to go to the cafe down the road to get a good connection! If wifi is important to you I would suggest giving this place a miss, we certainly wouldn’t have stayed if we had known.

Its good comparing to the price. The quality of the furniture is above average iy includes coffee, water, water heater, and the bathroom includes towels, toothbrush, shampoo.. and they clean the everyday and replace the used stuff. Its location in the capital city is near by the embassies and the lively side of the city. The workers are super nice and honest. The cleaness is good. They have short but frequent electericity wifi disconnection problems sometimes, but they try to do their best. Some of the rooms dont have a view to the outside so make sure of this when you book.

Very nice hotel but we had to pay extra for a room with a window which was a bit annoying as we were here for 3 nights. Breakfast was great best in Asia, staff are particularly nice, friendly and helpful

A really good hotel. Clean, good sized rooms in a great location in Vientiane. Walking distance to restaurants, the night market and mall. Friendly staff and a tasty buffet breakfast with an assortment of Thai, Laos and western food choices. 2 thumbs up

We found this hotel online and booked based on reviews. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were very helpful, spoke good English and were professional from start to finish. The breakfast in the morning was great.

Nice place in Vientiane the manager and staff were extremely helpful we arrived in the morning 9am they gave us check in early. Breakfast was great the best we have in Laos. Room are clean , quite and comfortable. Special the staff always smile on their face. Thanks

The best accommodation we had in our Laos trip good clean sheets not 1, not 2, but 3 best pillows we had! Slept like a baby thanks to those pillows.. no morning sinus too! Good water pressure room no smell breakfast with good variety overall, best stay ever in Laos!
