Very clean. Few minutes walk to the night market. Hot water sometimes very hot and cause burn. Sometimes no hot water in bathroom.

Lovely double room - very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and fresh fruit and juice on arrival is a nice touch. Close to town. I only stayed one night but if I come back i'd stay again.

The guest house is a couple of blocks away from the market. Moon i super lovely and helpful. Every morning they bring you fresh juice and fruits and they serve an amazing breakfast!

Really great staff, clean rooms with breakfast included. When we were leaving my fiance couldn't find his sandals, they chased down our taxi to ask if a pair they found were his (they were not) then again.. they drove all the way to the bus station to ask if another pair they found were his and they were!!! Couldn't believe it, very good people.

Good hostel/hotel in a nice location. Great breakfast. Managers are friendly. Only thing I didn't like was the bathrooms had no roof and were close to dorm rooms so you could hear everyone doing their business if your room door was open

The hotel section of Moon's House was cosy and comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Separate from the hostel dorms, the rooms were nicely prepared for our arrival with a welcome dish of fruit and fresh orange juices. Bicycles are free to use, which is without a doubt the best way to travel around Luang Prabang. The staff need to be credited as always pleasant and they provided an excellent service. Fellow guests admitted to returning because of the service at Moon's.
