Nice and welcoming, friendly, helpful family run place.
Speaking good English and French.
Rooms are small but clean with a good bed.
I stayed 2 nights there.
Very good value for money.
Explored from here the friendly old part of Paksan.
Walking the streets. Green. Nice houses barking doggies sometimes
Visiting their market
Down to Mekong. Sunset. Food stalls. Beer?
No farangs!
Very good !
The main road is not interesting at all.

Friendly family run, clean and sober room located in a quiet street after crossing the bridge from the bus station on your right.
