Superb staff. Wonderfully attentive. Ambiance great. Location perfect. Can't do enough for you. We have only ever stayed here in all our visits to LP. Why change when you have the best experience? Why move from platinum to plastic? Cannot recommend highly enough.

The incredible staff makes this place a wonderful home away from home. The staff booked us a private sunset boat ride and a private car to Kuang Si waterfalls for very reasonable prices. They have bikes that you can use for free to explore the town and an electric golf cart to drop you off downtown when you can’t be bothered to walk.

Overall, great location, great amenities, a great experience. They even got my partner a cake for his birthday on our check-out day, very thoughtful! We are already planning our next trip.

This place is the most wonderful hotel in Luang Prabang. We absolutely love it here - as you also will. The beds are AMAZING the food is FANTASTIC and the staff are OUTSTANDING!

Fantastic location with great rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and are going the extra mile on everything.

The hotel comes with a lot like free bicycles, electric cart rides etc. just ask at the receptoon and you got it.

Breakfast buffet is tasty, lots of options and the view from the restaurant is unforgetable.

We had the pleasure to talk with the owner of the place for a bit too. Very nice Sweedish man.

Hotel wifi was at least 15mb speed which for this region is unbelievable and I could get some work done sitting at the balcony with the laptop in front of me. Digital nomad style.

All in all it's an amazing hotel in a pictoresque place. You can relax, work. Do whatever you want and feel awesome.

Highly recommended. We will be coming back too.

High quality hotel experience in a small package. Very friendly helpful staff, well appointed rooms with bottomless room fridge, modern remote control beds (great for TV viewing) and you stroll down the road to have breakfast on the large balcony area overlooking the river junction. Happy hour occasionally with the charming host and guests, we just love the laid back quality experience. Bikes to borrow out the front, help getting to local attractions, and free golf buggy service to drop you off at places in town. We are repeat guests, and hope to be again.
