Quiet but solid menu makes this a good choice for traditional Lao dinner. Price is moderate, but value is high and staff delivered very professional, quality service. Venue is very attractive, too.

Love this place, surely return every time my trip brings me to Luang Prabang. Warm and cozy, people are all lovely, attention to details and always helpful. Good Lao food and free bike to explore the town. Recommended!

Our room was simple but clean. It was overlooking the main road but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the service, be it the front desk, spa and even the restaurant. Everyone was just so accommodating and was constantly checking that you were settled in comfortably, or if the food was good.

The breakfast spread was sufficient. The pool was clean. I'm guessing it was low season so we mostly had the hotel to ourselves. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk away from the night Market where you can get food. Bicycles are provided if you want to go further into town.

Lovely place. It's not brand new like a 5 star modern hotel in Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur but it has jts charms and the staff are really friendly and top notch.

The service is impeccable. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. I agree with the other review the rooms are small but satisfactory. The breakfast was more than adequate. My favorite parts were the staff and surroundings. The garden was beautiful with birds singing all the time and the staff would probably do anything you asked. Also a great location just outside of the old town so able to have a pool. Good drinks but food for lunch could be improved. I arrived at 10am with a feverish 6 year old and they quickly checked us into our room and checked on him to make sure we were okay. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you so much to the staff. They were wonderful!

The hotel is fine. Good service and pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately the rooms are very small for the price. We asked why: they count the grand balcony into the floor space. That is a bit of a shame. We got however a free massage for a non working boiler.

Great location for exploring Luang Prabang and a very relaxed atmosphere for the stay. Indeed, was one of my all time favourite hotels based on how enjoyable the trip to Laos was.
