Such a lovely place to have lunch or even go and watch a movie at night on a flat screen tv. Very unique place and friendly staff! The only downside would be that I found it fairly expensive for the area (even in the UK I wouldn't pay this much)

Love this place. Food is decent and has a wide selection to choose from. Has books you can buy or trade - multiple languages too. Films are shown every night at 7pm which is great, just wish that the quality could be better.

Real Lao coffee. Good place to read. One of the places you can find a second hand book. Linked to the Big Brother Mouse initiative to provide books in Lao for children. Also sells local handicrafts.

This place is so charming and comfy. It's so nice to hang out on the floor pillows upstairs and read or write. There is so much beautiful art upstairs and nice handicrafts to buy downstairs. The ginger tea is incredible! The French onion soup wasn't the best but it serves me right for ordering that in Laos. Still give this place five stars. And they play interesting movies every night at 7:30.

Very nice book café! Bring a book and get a discount on one of their books (most seemed to be around 20-30k). The bruschetta was super good! Movie every night at 7pm.

I really enjoyed their movie night. We watched "The Big Sick," and it was a very cool setting in which to do so. They charged me nothing. Thanks for the great experience!

cute little place which has a cafe / book shop on the ground floor offering local and western food. they do a really good ginger tea and the best mango sticky rice ever! the second floor they show free films in the evening , all you need to do is purchase at least 1 drink. overall nice place to chill.

Good food and friendly owner who speaks English. Overpriced dishes due to the Unesco impact. Bring a book and you get a free coffee or tea (they are delicious, not the coffee though). Movie projection everyday at 7.30pm, all from the Golden globe awards. The owner only thanx back women for their comments, just to make your own idea

Very nice concept, you can have something good to eat or drink and read in one of the many books. In the evening the show extravagant movies, but sadly I did never have the time to go there :/

Charming little cafe + bookshop. Good Lao coffee. They have nightly movies, though this might be irrelevant in the era of Netflix.

Lounge upstairs with a book and some tea, browse/buy artwork from local artists in the gallery, sell your own books to help support child literacy in Laos, watch a free film in the evening, enjoy a mix of Laos cuisine with a beer or two. With a friendly welcome from the staff, any or all of the above make this a great place to hang out from dawn till dusk.

What a cute little place to chill! Great spot to relax, read, write, drink tea, etc. they have a nice selection of fair trade items/crafts for sale from local villagers. Definitely will be back for their free movie every night at 7pm. Keep in mind they do ask you to order at least one item from the movie (can be a drink).. not a bad set up

First time ever trying the coconut chocolate, it was super delicious, just perfect for the hot weather. Caesar on toast are yummy as well. Do not forget to check out for some rare books. They also have movies night every evening with choice of dinner at 7 PM onwards.

Had an amazing, sugar-free juice. The place is beatiful, quiet, well located. It's a perfect place to stop for a minute and recharge or to go with a book and read for a while. Have really good movie nights.

Really nice place! This is where I had the best green curry ever, with 12 months spent in SEA. The movies are not really good quality but the atmosphere, food and drinks makes it worth while :)

Awesome! Great offer of drinks and movies presented every evening on the first floor on a big TV. Had a huge cup of delicious ginger tea for only 5,000 Kip! Definitely a place to go to while in Luang Prabang
