Worth breakfast I ever had Wi-Fi nearly not exist. Bed cover has blood spots The only good thing to say is that all other hotels nearby even more bad. Sad to say. but it was my second stay in here. quality and quantity went down. Staff always very helpful! Owner and management should take some money in their hands and improve

Very bad reservetion, we was booked for 5 rooms because it was 14 of us, we got confermed and paid with agoda. But when we arrived it was only 1 room left for us!!! เป็นอะไรที่แย่มาก ถ้าเป็นไปได้ไม่อยากให้เลยสักดาว เราไปเที่ยวกันทั้งหมด 14 คน จองไว้ 5 ห้อง ได้รับเมล์ตอบรับและจ่ายเงินไปแล้วผ่านทางอโกด้า แต่พอพวกเราไปถึงที่โรงแรม โอว..แม่จ้าว!!! ที่พักเหลืออยู่ห้องเดียว!!!!

Not the best place. Twin room beds are old we can feel the bumpers inside the mattresses. Overall clean.

This was my first time visiting the country. I have booked my reservation when I was in my country. My arrival was alright along with those first couple days of stay. Until the day I was going to check out, I had 2 outsider guest that came in for breakfast. One of the staff female approached my fiancee and spoke in Lao saying that we cannot have any guest in the breakfast room and would have to pay 40,000 kip for each. To make the story short my fiancee agreed to paying and said yes today is our last day and we have these guests coming in so thats why they are here having breakfast with us. I was very dissapointed that the lady staff should have waited till our guest left instead of telling us off in front of our guest. Since then, the staff lady in the kitchen and one of the lady in the front desk has been giving us very bad customer service. The staffs are not professional at all, very rude, no manners and speaks very bad English. I have asked to speak to the manager and they have refused to send him/her in to speak to me. I finally came back to the states, contacted Agoda and they got a hold of the Manager at that hotel. I was then transferred to the manager in that hotel, spoke to him about how bad the customer service was and he hung up on me. To any foreigner, I would not recommend this hotel if you are going to Laos.
