Horrible experience. Value for the money is not to be found for even one hour of comfort. So dirty and old. Maybe it was 4 stars in 1992. Nothing changed since then. Strange marks on my skin yet to be identified. Save yourself and don’t stay here. Owner, sell it or do something to renovate.

Very nice view with very good breakfast which is top floor that you can see all Kuwait from every table. Stuff also very kind. Rooms a little bit old st style but worth staying

Good, clean hotel. Rooms are cozy. Views are good. Gym can improve. Addition of steam and sauna would make it at par with competition. Restaurant can add more varieties to its menu.

International Safir Hotel, is one of the elegant hotels in Kuwait. It has Sea Breeze restaurants in floor 19th just you can see all sea from and gulf street. Has beautiful seating with views. It serves open buffet during all times with KD 8.5.

Two out of six times, I have been sorely disappointed by the quality of the cakes they sell at their cake shop. I mean, it was just SO bad. Speaking to the British manager made no difference.

Balcony dirty, Internet very slow, Front office staff (Arabic speaking) not professional at all, showing attitude to the guests acting absolutely unprofessional. I'll rate this hotel 1 star not even two. Terrible experience. Most of the staff don't speak English. Food to be improved. I'll never recommend this hotel and never be back again. This is very low and quality hotel not as per any international expectations. Fitness center is horrible, hire dryer in the room is since 20 years must be kept in history museum.
