Good location. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Hotel food & breakfast is not that good. But a lot of restaurants & groceryies are few steps away

the staff is excellent, the room is clean but no hairdrier, no comb. The food choice is great in the morning, very limited in the night.

Free breakfast,gym, swimming pool and kids place. The beds are comfortable and the TVs are big and HD. Also the people that work here are super super super super super Nice!

Good location however, the facilities are at a minimum. The breakfast area was not appropriate for a hotel standard; specially the egg station was at the hallway beside the elevator. No concierge available, as well as the front desk reception was not professional and helpful. Never going there again.

I recommend this hotel in Sharq, Kuwait city. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, as were ALL the other staff that I came across. I was afforded extra time in my room, after checking out, to accommodate me in my long wait for my departure from Kuwait. The hotel was very busy the night that I stayed, but the staff were exceptional in their care and courtesy of all their guests. Thank you all.

Very spacious rooms, and excellent location for its proximity to all major companies and banks in Kuwait City. Reasonable rates and the staff are very friendly.
