Very long waiting hours and cold waiting rooms. Insurance doesn't seem to cover so many things in this hospital, things that are covered in other private hospitals. Something strange is going on.

Great hospital with X-ray, ultrasound, blood tests and pharmacy available in house. It also has patchi chocolates, mothercare & costa coffee in house

No hot water in bathrooms, took forever to get staff to understand which antibiotic i could take, if doing surgery look elsewhere

Its good incase of an emergency otherwise its average. The doctors are alright, staff is good, curteous, helpful. Ameneties are also sufficient but not the exceptional category. Their insurance tie-up is disappointing: the other day i had a 48 hour wait to get my childrens medication, but it was the first time something like that happened. Sometimes the approvals take time as well. Parking is not sufficient. It can improve.

Pharmacy section needs people who can organize things. I had to wait for a medicine which was piscribed by the doctor at the hospital.

Received hernia repair surgery. Hospital was clean, nurses were very kind and available. Dr Mohammed Saeed Khan was very, knowledgeable, skilled,and kind. I will be forever grateful for my operation. I feel better than I have in 30 years. My life and health has been changed for the better. May God bless you all, I keep you in my prayers forever.
