Very good clinic!! They have ultrasound, X-ray facility in-house. Also they have their own pharmacy. Dr. Richard is one of the the most patient, helpful, kind and intelligent doctor (GP) we have ever met.

I requested an appointment to remove a wisdom tooth today 6 sep 2018.
1 - I waited more than15 min to enter.
2- the doctor look on harry.
3- I had to make x-Rey twice don't know why!
4- the invoice was 130 KD which very very high
5- I waited 30 min in the pharmacy without receiving the medicine where the Dential medicine should be taken immediately! So I went out and purchased it from my pocket.
I had very bad experience with the clinic and I didn't receive the value of the money
Also I will never back again in addition of that I will raise the complain to the ministry of health.response / report this review -

It could take 5 stars if appointments are respected . I take appointment and the minimum wait is half an hour if ur lucky and if doctors are not coming or will be late due to any emergency they dont call back to cancel.

So rude and disrespectful to people's appointments & time. We had an appointment booked 2 months ago for 10am and was made to wait 3 additional hours. Extremely disappointed in the way they are handling things and their lack of consideration to their patients' time.

Rude staff from reception to doctor
Had an ECG the doctor says there is problem but he will tell tomorrow not today till than I have to be in worries immediately rush to another clinic thank god everything is ok

Reception size is small and unhelpful, after going up to the dentists office for my appointment and waiting 15 minutes, I go inside and Dr. El Masry proceeds with cleaning out my teeth, meanwhile their instruments are inside my mouth, he bickers with the nurse about being slow, I finish up and go downstairs to pay. I wait another 15 minutes just to pay, I pay, leave and just after I do so I find a fake charge on my receipt for 25KD for a wisdom tooth removal which never happened. In conclusion, if you don't have discounts, go somewhere else but if you don't make sure to ask what the charges are before you pay
