Saw two doctors there who didn't know basic things that Google knows on first search. Very disappointing.

Also, they give you a reasonable price before the procedure and then charge you DOUBLE after the procedure. Once they take your money all professionalism and care is gone and they can't wait for you to leave.

Visted this hospital around 5 times for me and for my family, from mu experience, the doctors are not honest and if you have a medical insurance they try to finish it either by tons of blood analysis or by prescribing medicines that are not required such as antibiotics for kids who is only coughing a dry a cough and the other daughter received really 11 kind if medicines for having flu.

    1. They may keep you waiting for two hours for an appointment arranged days ago.
    2. They may cancel their contract with your private insurance without any notification and ask you to pay.
    3. The pharmacy may be too busy to give you all your prescribed medicine, so you may need to go back after you realize your medicine is not there.
    4. The physiotherapy experts(!) may diagnose your injury as "nothing important", and you may figure out later that you need an operation.

So, overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Seriously if you care about your health or your loved ones health, never think to go there. Since they will misdiagnose you and deprive your pocket out of cash. These private hospitals are another face of money hungry greedy business that comes first before patients well-beings

One of best hospitals in Kuwait.. The service is a five-star level although the medical service has some issues sometimes. I missed to tell the fact that is is expensive compared to other hospital which is due to the high hospitality level.

I was treated like trash for it having as good of an insurance as someone else !!! It seemed like they were more concerned about the money thank my health . My wife stayed with me for two nights after surgery as I'm accustomed to being from the United States and I was charged 25 KD per night !! I was astonished by this , the kuwaities can stay with there families and not be charged but we as expasts cant . This is how the world gets a negative feel for a country . Americans truly have some of the biggest hearts !! Any Arabic or Muslim alike knows that when you come to the United States for the most part you are treated like everyone else sometimes better !! We don't charge you just because your not from our country !! Our doctores are reputable and make sure that you know exactly what you need after surgery and there staff call an check on you . Very disappointed in the service I received ! Go to ROYAL HYAT if you have the insurance please it's your life they are playing with!!
