My review is for tge lab service, awful lab, it's crowded you take a number wait, pay, then go wait again to call your number to finally do the test.
They'd tell you to come on certain time to collect your result but they will fail to do so, they don't prepare result once they're out and ready, they would print it only when you arrive, which means more and more waiting time.
The parking is really so small, This is my 1st and last visit i will not recommend this medical center to anyone, Al Rashed Hospital is 100 meters away and it's much better! What a Waste of time! I'll never come again!

A much better hospital with respect to ENT, GP, and Derma. Some really top notch doctors in these departments. Paediatrics suffered a major blow after loosing Dr. Buthaina. Good service, good, helpful, experienced staff. Parking is quite limited. The only downsides i can point out is the long wait for some doctors but then thats a sign of professionality. They need to establish more departments but then thats easy for me to say. Coffee machine would help or atleast a small foodstall..I know space is a constraint.

Yiaco Medical Center is an OPD clinic center for few deceases. Specially ENT is not available. Clean and pleasant ambient in side the center. I always call them and check whether my doctor is available and go, anyway evening is crowded, waiting time would be more than 1 hour. Parking facility is satisfactory.
Bit pricy when it comes to the bill. I would prefer if that company had spent some bucks to train its staff on customer care, staff must kind to customers 😏

The hotline is not working! Although it's ringing there is no one answering my call! I've been trying to reach Yiaco for an hourbut then ,nothing! That was bad!!!

This hospital is not for everyone. Who has lots of money can go there. Hahaha

No concept of customer service with very long waiting time, even the simplest test takes 2/3 hrs of waiting time. Extremely rude staff and doctors are mostly having personal breaks during visiting hours..

Very bad time management. Spent two hours for a simple blood test. Poor administration and no prior appointment system. Government clinics are better than this.

Dr. Ruchira in dermatology is so good. Unlike the half bred doctors she took time to explain things and recommended only what is necessary.
