  This hotel has the least amount of broken windows. And since they ran out of food the rats haven't been a problem. Not to mention the tv is a nice crisp 12 inch CRT, and the radio gets the elusive 3rd radio station (NK-Pop)
  
  And if you're willing to install a little program (probably nothing) on your laptop you'll get free 500 Kbps dial up.
