The Hotel was nice, clean, the pool was lovely and clean. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The hotel itself is decent (was a bit pricy for what we got). The surroundings are not great, construction Everywhere! The Chinese have bought everything and bulldozed it. The beach is full of garbage. This area is a shell of what it used to be. No charm left

Stayed at this marvellous hotel several times when visiting Sihanoukville. Opposite the beach, next to the Presidential Beach Compound, this comfortable and well priced hotel offers a rooftop restaurant for breakfast, clean and sizeable rooms at friendly service. Safety boxes and Wifi available. Only once or twice during a heavy rainy season the room was flooded. A lovely balcony facing the ocean provides an amazing sunset.

Hotel is a good 3 star place with nice pool good breakfast buffet. Wish they gave you more than just two towels a day.

Expensive comparing to the service/room and the price. 45$ for standard room. But very close to the Ochheuteal Beach, just right in front beach. We can see the sea view from the room.
