  Really good food. Staff are so friendly & willing to do what ever they can for you. Rooms are a bit dated but spacious and air con with good wifi.
  We would return here no problem.

  Not the best peak season value in snooky but great location and very comfortable small hotel. I think it has the best pool in cambodia. Rooms are clean and fairly small and basic but comfortable in all seasons. Dining and bar area is a great setup. Open plan hotel but they provide 24 hour security and have the typical excellent cambodian service from all staff & owners. Limited parking at the front but secure and safe to leave your vehicles. Hopefully the ongoing battles with the aircon can be resolved and the beds get updated soon. Thats all thats holding back my 5th star rating.

  Great value place to stay in Sihanoukville. The location is ideal, on one of the main streets in the Serendipity beach area.
  
  The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and effective air con. They also provide safety deposit boxes in each room.
  
  The pool is clean and big enough to do a bit of exercise although the area surrounding it needs some attentionsun bed covers are battered, in limited supply and a lot of unused diving gear dumped in a corner.
  
  However, you are getting outstanding value so I'd recommend staying here anywhere from a couple of days to a week.

  Very good hotel. You get value for your money. Lockup safe and air conditioning excellent. Clean and tidy and tim the owner is a good man. Ten out of ten. Grant from new Zealand.
