It is all you would expect from hotel this price. Rooms are big enough. Beds are somewhat hard. Hot/Cold water. No boiler. Hair dryer and mini fridge. Aircons in some rooms do not work. View is good, but not anything spectacular.

I booked at Sunday Hotel (the back side, not the Sunday Guesthouse from the front size):
Nice swimming pool
Good room but really don't like the bed with platic under bedsheets which is quite bad and noisy when turning while sleeping, also not good for health so, and does not sound an genuine hotel but a motel then.
Room pricing ok for 25$, still much better than nosens overpriced but bad services and low quality of hotel (near) beach side. Nothing special for the location, but still not so far from the beach (you still need tuktuk or drive yourself though).
Strange that for such hotel there is no amenities such as shower/shampoo gels!
I set to 4/5 as its value is much better than many 40-70$ room rated I paid in Sihanoukville (if I knew this hotel before, I will not choose those hotels at the (near) beaches, and will choose a method to go to the beach separately, unless I find a hotel at the beach matching its value vs its service and pricing. Then I set to 3/5 due to the plastic under the bed.

I came here because of our personal driver's suggestion. He mentioned it was fairly new and clean. He was right. It was clean, no mildew, or smell. Everything looked like it was taken care of. The rooms were slightly smaller than what I was used to. There was a guard at the gate at all times which made me feel safe. I would highly recommend this place.
