A truly beautiful hotel with amazing decor and really friendly staff who are eager to help. The hotel is situated a lovely riverside stroll away from the Old Market or a fun tuk tuk ride away should you prefer.

“Welcome Home”, this has been my greeting every day, every time I walk into the spectacular lobby. This has been my home for a week and I don’t want to leave. The staff here is now like family and the service each guest is given is fit for royalty. The rooms and grounds are as if you stepped into a masterpiece of priceless art work. I may be leaving tomorrow, but I will come home soon.

Without a doubt one of the best service experiences I've had. The front office staff anticipated and therefore took care of our needs at a moment's notice. Definitely the place to stay in Siem Reap.

I would have rated 5 stars, except for the poor location of the shower head spray, it's a bit low for most Europeans around the navel area and hence you end up with a load of water on the bathroom floor. Having said that, this was my only criticism of this excellent hotel.

On of the best hotel in town. Staffs are very service minded and motivated. Design is different from other hotel. The pool is really big set in the middle.
