+ amazing large room in my eyes great value for money
+ very comfy beds
+ nice pool area
+ great breakfast with enough, tasty choices
+/- $2 tuk tuk (4min) into town or 20 min walk For me this is neither a negative nor a positive. I enjoyed the location.
+ the housekeeping is great, the rooms are very clean and spotless.
+/- manager is doing his best but staff isn't doing so well while he's not around. They all seem very friendly and helpful but once you actually need something it gets a bit tricky. I don't know if it's their level of English or what it is exactly but requests take a while to be processed, if they are being processed at all.
For me it's an absolute no go if reception staff is playing games on phone especially while yhey are talking with you.

- wifi in ground floor room in very patchy, super frustrating, basically non existing.

Not worth the money, reception and restaurant staff were grumpy, lazy and showed very little interest in customer service. At 65$US per night, I would have expected at least towels at the pool and fresh food for breakfast.

We stayed here for three nights. Rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped (including excellent, comfy beds!), and nicely designed. The hotel has a modern style, including a nice pool. Staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. The hotel restaurant offers decent food at good prices.

This was a really nice hotel. They had just opened when we visited and we got really good service, and a great rate. It is a little further out of the town but for us it was absolutely fine.

We were really impressed by this hotel. We visited for a low price as it had only just opened and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were especially comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!
