The hostel its ok,you got aircon in the room big double size bed but the room are quite small.i give 2star becose the stuff is unbelible unprofessional.they renting to us a motorbike even if u cant drive in this country.in cambodia from 2018 is not allowed for foreng to drive but they still rentin me a motor bike whitout tell me anything and i been stop from the police.i spend all morning dealing whit them.i spend around 3hours whit them and they stops lots of people and ask for money.when i left they got a shopping bag full of money.this is for me is rediculus

They have a free pick up from airport, in my case (I was not the only one), they forgot to tell the driver my arrival time. I wait at the airport for one hour, I called the hostel and they told me they didn't have any information (but they reply a couple of emails and they confirmed it to me) and they will pay the cost when I arrive to the hostel. I arrived and they didnt pay for it, they only offered me one free night in the dorm that was 50% of the price of the ride from the airport.
They don't clean the rooms if you stay more than one day, staff insist too much to get some money from tours, drivers..bathroom is always wet because water from AC, sink and shower go directly to the floor.
Beds are comfortable and room has AC.

We stayed in a 4 bunk mixed dorm. It was quite small, but there was only ever 3 of us so it was fine. There is an en suite in the dorm, which was nice. The shower worked, it had the requisite high pressure bum gun, plenty of toilet paper and the ac worked well. There were no mosquitos in our room or bathroom which is a huge plus. The breakfast was passable (though the khmer food was too salty and peppery). The room was quiet despite being located quite near the main street. The staff here were very friendly. Note: book using agoda as it seemed to be a dollar cheaper than hostel world. No discount available for booking in person.

Nice hotel- great staff- nice accommodations. In room WiFi was VERY SLOW. That’s the only issue I had. I really enjoyed everything about the place. Good vibes, happy people. Very accommodating.

Exceptional value for money. Good location. Clean and tidy rooms. Good food and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. If you're on a bit of a tight budget I doubt you'll find much better.

Amazing kitchen staff. The food was delicious. The front desk receptionists were also great. They helped me get my Vietnamese visa and book a bus to Phnom Penh. Overall, the food and drinks are cheap and the rooms were clean. Stay here.

I stayed this hotel three nights and very good to stay and cozy place .Hotel is always crowed with customers and staff are friendly and very helpful. There is ATM to withdraw USD and local money. At reception counter we can choice many day trip tours with cheap prices.( No need to book online with costly price) We can also book easily many express buses to Bkk and phnom penh at this counter. Ground floor of hotel there is restaurant and mini store. Hotel is located at downtown place and very near famous night market.Good quality free WiFi speed also offer me fine pleasure.
As a budget hotel ,daily room cleaning and berth room soap, shampoo and tooth brush set are not provide.But if necessary you can ask to cleaning room.Our room is two double bed room and price is 18$/night and extra people charge is 3$/person.I recommend this place !!!!!.

Had a terrible experience here, I booked 3 nights and left after one.

I booked a 4 bed dorm here, and was very dissatisfied by the time I left.

The primary issue was the the lock on the door malfunctioned and I was stuck in the room for 2 hours before I was able to attract the attention of the staff. When I explained the problem to them, I was met with indifference, and zero attempts to make any accommodations, in the end, they only refunded me one night. The provided phone numbers for the hotel did not work, and I couldn't get in touch with the sister hotel Mad Monkey either. Banging on the door did nothing to attract attention, and I ultimately had to stick my head out the window until I was able to flag down someone walking by to get help.

Other than that, the bathroom's only light bulb was burned out, the faucet was not properly attached to the sink, the beds made loud creaking noises, and one of the storage boxes had the handles broken off, so locking it would have been impossible.

If not for the lock issue, I would have stayed the second two nights and chalked this one up to "you get what you pay for". But when something legitimately goes wrong, whether staying at a hostel or 5-star hotel, I expect the staff to at least make some effort to make things right.

Cheap enough room £12 private double, close to the action of markets etc. Room was SMALL but with air conditioning, and shower room was very basic. But it suited us as we only slept in the room as was viewing Angkor Wat. Helpful enough staff.
