Was once an Irish pub ( street 178 ) 100 metres from the Phnom Penh museum , owned by an Irishman called Rory,but 5 years ago was sold to an American guy called Chad ,and he has since sold it ( 2016 ) to a young guy from Australia ,it's no longer an Irish pub .
178 street and the Phnom Penh Cambodia museum is next to the CAMBODIAN Royal palace .
It's now had a name change .

Vanda institute
Great Irish bar right next to the Royal Palace and National Museum. Got great character, lots of football shirts, pictures and a tree in the middle of the bar, foods pretty good and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and good at their job, def worth a visit.
