  Great located guesthouse in Phnom Penh street 258 just of the center of town close to Riverside.
  Reasonable priced rooms, nothing fancy but to the point.

  If you would like to have bath with warm water, eat different kinds of egg in the morning, you can stay here. Otherwise, it has good position, but everything in the room is not good.

  Im a backpacker and stay mostly at low budget places but they're well maintained. Well this place is not. Rooms are ugly, depressing and not well cleaned (e.g heavy dust on walls). Stained sheets with hole and sheets are inside out. Holes in the disgusting mattress-I know this sheets keep coming off. Smoking is allowed in rooms so if you don't like the smell, you're out of luck. Also no elevators, and your room may be on the 4th floor. Food sucks. Location is great. Staff are ok. Compared to Vietnam where the hotels are nicer, cleaner and cheaper, this place sucks

  This is a review regarding the laundry service beside the guesthouse - we dropped off our clothes to be washed at 4 pm one day, told to pick it up after 5 the following day. Called the next day to let them know that we would be late, asking would they still be open at 7 or 8? The woman on the phone spoke perfect English but would not answer our question and kept asking when did we drop the laundry off. Place was closed when we arrived to collect laundry that evening. Went to collect it at 7 am the next day. Our clothes were thrown in a basket, not folded up yet and some were still damp. I helped to fold them and then when I brought them home I noticed one of my white tshirts had blue stains on it. Have had laundry done everywhere in SEA with no problems before, this is the first place I've been disappointed with. Would not recommend.

  Near prominent tourist spots. Location-wise: 5 stars.
  
  Does not provide toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, or shampoo. Dirty environment.
  
  Requires full payment even if you have not seen the room yet.
  
  With high staircase, no elevator, narrow walkway.

  Some rooms are stinky, but mine one was quite good. Bathroom-half-shower extremely tiny. One must squeeze up into toilet or to get a shower. I'd say, the door to the bathroom better be opened the opposite way. But the price was quite OK and I agree to pay $8 for such conditions
