The roof top bar is fantastic and the facilities are second to none moments away from the bars and food with friendly staff and great rates this place gives comfort and relaxation for low costs and the spa well the spa you need to visit

This was a special celebration for my wife and I. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on arrival and then lazed next to the infinity roof top pool before having a swim and going to the in-house gym. The pool temperature and salt balance was perfect, no stinging eyes and the gym equipment was the best I have used in a hotel.
The Valentine's night sky bar buffet made the evening - live music, great food, gifts for the ladies and wonderful service! All at a very reasonable price.
Breakfast the following morning was very good - luckily still enough time before checkout for a swim and gym session!😊
Even having said all of the above, one of the best things was the friendliness of the management and staff at all levels. They were friendly but professional, with attention to detail and great service!
We are very happy to recommend the Sun and Moon hotel and shall certainly return to stay again. Thank you for making our short stay so very enjoyable!! 😊😊

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Staff is very nice and accommodating! Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable. The rain shower is very nice as well!

The hotel is awesome! Service is great and the place has several amenities (rooftop pool, sauna,). Rooms are really clean. The sky-bar is amazing in the evening.

First off would I stay here again? Absolutely!

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful when asking questions and arranging transportation/tours. The room was clean and shower head was pretty great. There was also a nice black lighting effect in the room. I didn't get s chance to swim in the infinity pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was included with my stay. The only downside was the service at the Cloud 9 sky bar. Even after flagging staff down and staring awhile, I couldn't get anyone to get me another drink or even the bill. It was a little crazy especially with a ton of staff just standing around and maybe two other tables. That was probably the only negative. The hotel is located in a great part of town and close to many things. Including the royal palace and a couple of markets.

Very lovely clean and well organized modern Hotel. Gym perfect. Breakfast exelent. Staffs very friendly.
But in the breakfast room at 7.00 am people make phone calls over phone or laptop. Can do in the room. I don't like this. Breakfast must be a quite time in the free phone zone.
I miss the daily news paper.

This is the #1 hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Prime location, lavish rooms, and great food. This hotel screams high quality. The pricing is ridiculously cheap. Easily a five star hotel!

I've had the pleasure of staying at Sun & Moon Hotel and check out a number of rooms there. The rooms are very spacious and eye catching. You get all the amenities you'd expect and require, as well as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The place is very conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to the riverside, restaurants and night life. You do not, however, need to go anywhere else as the hotel has a great restaurant, and a VIP nightclub, and an amazing rooftop bar with an infinity pool, that's actually a major attraction of the hotel.

I'd stay there a lot if I didn't already have my own home in Phnom Penh.

To sum up: Sun & Moon Urban Hotel is modern-artsy, futuristic and posh without being overly pretentious, and very affordable.

A cool and funky location in the middle of it all in Phnom Penh. Excellent Rooftop pool and Skybar. Rooms are clean and a good size. Plenty on offer for Breakfast. Close to everything..

First time to this hotel. I love the sky bar on roof top. The food was great. It also has an infinity pool over looking the city to the east. Great for early morning swim + sunrise.

Really awesome hotel.

The pool on the roof is wonderful, and has a great view. The hot tub and saunas were very nice. Very welcoming staff.

The beds were okay - not the best I've slept on, but pretty good nonetheless. The furniture in the room wasn't spectacular either. But the room definitely wasn't bad.

Best of all was the breakfast. They had incredible breakfast items! Very good noodle soups, made to order. Fresh fruits and fruit juices as well. Some western food items, like grilled potatoes, bacon, and omelets made to order. Very highly recommend the breakfast.
